I'm an incurably curious and analytical artist currently living in Albuquerque NM. I'm self taught and got hooked by the opportunities for exploration offered by acrylics and then encaustics. 



I've been making art seriously since 1999 while working as an engineer in Canada and taking every opportunity to take classes and workshops and learning through experimentation.

My inspiration comes from the places I see, pop culture and things that move me. The biggest awe for me came from safaris in Tanzania and Botswana and those are themes I continuously return to explore with a primary goal of capturing the light.
